INTRODUCCIÓN.
The purpose of this paper ís to develop a teacher in-service program
that will result in the improvement of instruction at "Colegio Valle Verde".
This program is designed to advance teachers from one level of
achievement to another. While trying to achieve the writer's goals and
objectíves it was most important to assess the entry skills of the learners
by providing workshops with classroom reinforcement, evaluation and feedback.
As a result of thorough investigations and research, two main types of
skills assessments and needs have beca identified and forro the parameters
for the conclusions and recommendations contained in this paper:
